The Venue

William Rose Farm Venues offers a captivating blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, providing the perfect backdrop for your special day. Farmhouse built in 1868 sit's nestled on 40 acres of picturesque farmland. William and Rosemary purchased the property back in 1980. William had fallen in love with the property many years earlier and when he was given the opportunity, he did not hesitate to make it their forever home. In the many years residing at the property, they brought joy to family and friends alike. We here at William Rose Farm wish to create new amazing memories with you.

Our Venue is a working 40 Acre Farm: Located 52 miles from the Chicago Loop in Elburn Illinois close in proximity with St. Charles, Geneva, and Batavia.

My Chef Catering

Indulge in exquisite catering designed to tantalize your taste buds and delight your guests. Our culinary teams create menus that complement the elegance of your special day, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Event Planning

A facility assistant will be on the property at all times during your event as a representative of William Rose Farm Venues. He/She is there to protect the property as well as ensure that your event runs smoothly and is perfect. He/She is not a wedding planner, but more of a mediator working with the catering/venders to ensure flawless service.

The Great Room

For those smaller more intimate weddings, showers, and other smaller events the main house has you covered. Seats up to seventy-five with attached Bride and Groom Suites.

The Arrangement

All-inclusive and each one tailored to your needs. Includes catering by My Chef with an executive manager on-site, waitstaff, bartenders; the china, glassware, flatware, the linens, the napkins, and the chairs and tables.

Catering by My Chef

Catering is provided in the package by My Chef Catering from Naperville, Illinois, the venues exclusive catering partner. Tailored to every event including exclusive onsite event manager, waitstaff, and bartenders.

Hors d'oeuvres and Entree's served in one of three styles: plated, buffet, or BBQ buffet with two main entrees. Each package includes beer, wine, alcohol and choice of champagne toast or wine with dinner.

Venue On-site Parking

Our parking area sits on a grass lot allowing up to 200 spaces. Handicap parking spaces are available. Lot is close to entrance of both the ceremony atrium and the main house. We offer a six passenger golf cart for transportation from lot to entrance for any of those who need assistance.
